Opening Party Porta Venezia Milan

Street Smash Burgers opened its Porta Venezia location with an event designed around the idea of turning the restaurant itself into the celebration. Arriving in Milan, the objective was to introduce the new space through an evening where food, music and people occupied the same environment from the very beginning.

Smash burgers were prepared on the spot, with the team and collaborators working side by side, turning the layout into a functional mix of kitchen, booth and gathering point. Guests moved through the space as the experience unfolded, with music coming from the same place where the food was being made.

The setup removed the separation between service and sound, creating a single environment where everything happened in real time and allowing the restaurant to be experienced as both a place to eat and a place to gather.

Milan design week with Lavinia Fuksas

During Milan Design Week, Street Smash Burgers collaborated with designer and jeweller Lavinia Fuksas for two evenings bringing together food, design and conversation. Hosted during one of the city’s busiest cultural weeks, the dinners welcomed guests from creative industries, fashion, architecture and design.

The events created a meeting point between different disciplines, combining a dining experience with an environment shaped by creativity and exchange. Throughout both nights, guests gathered around a shared table while discussions moved between design, craftsmanship, fashion and contemporary culture.

The collaboration reflected a common interest in creating spaces where people, ideas and disciplines can connect through experience.

Belvedere Italia

Street Smash Burgers partnered with Belvedere Vodka for an evening event hosted inside one of its restaurants in Italy. The space was temporarily reconfigured around music, drinks and food, transforming the restaurant into a setting where different audiences could meet around a shared experience.

At the centre of the event, a DJ booth was installed as an extension of the kitchen environment, removing the distinction between food preparation and music. Guests moved through the space while cocktails, burgers and DJ sets unfolded simultaneously throughout the evening.

The collaboration explored how a restaurant can temporarily shift its function without changing its identity, operating at once as a dining space, bar and social gathering point.

Gentleman's Ride

Street Smash Burgers joined the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride in Estoril with a dedicated food truck positioned within the event grounds. Taking place in the gardens of Casino Estoril, the gathering brought together hundreds of riders, visitors and supporters as part of a global initiative focused on men’s health, prostate cancer research and mental health awareness.

Throughout the day, the food truck operated alongside live music, exhibitions and community activities, becoming part of the event’s open-air programme. Participants moved between motorcycles, conversations and performances while stopping for food during the ride schedule and afternoon activities.

Rather than creating a separate activation, Street Smash integrated into the existing flow of the event, supporting a gathering built around community, participation and a shared cause.

Soho House discovering Street’s Speakeasy <3 The 44

Street Smash Burgers marked a new chapter in Portugal with the launch of a new concept, The44, a speakeasy-style hidden bar tucked inside one of its locations, designed as a space to be discovered through experience rather than visibility. To introduce it, the brand partnered with Soho House, bringing both worlds together across two distinct moments: a brunch session and a late-night format.

Across both events, members from different nationalities gathered to experience The44, moving through a curated sequence of food and cocktails. Signature smash burgers were served alongside new additions such as fried chicken with caviar, while the bar featured The44 cocktail selection together with Soho House classics, including the Picante de la Casa.

The44 operated as the core of the experience, shifting between daytime and night without changing its identity. The space functioned as both a bar and a meeting point, where access, atmosphere and programming shaped the flow of each moment.

Street x Bloom Festival in Porto

To mark the opening of the new Street Smash Burgers store in Baixa, the brand partnered with Bloom Festival, a platform known for connecting sound, art and community through shared experiences. The collaboration focused on transforming the store into a space where food and music could happen at the same time.

For the night, the store itself was used as a DJ booth, with Bloom curating the music directly from the space while the kitchen operated alongside. One of the DJs leading the session was Miguel Rendeiro, contributing to the sound inside the store. Smash burgers were prepared on the spot, with the team and collaborators working side by side, turning the layout into a functional mix of kitchen, booth and gathering point.

Guests moved through the space as the experience unfolded, with music coming from the same place where the food was being made. The setup removed the separation between service and sound, creating a single environment where everything happened in real time.

What began as a store opening became a shared activation, where the collaboration with Bloom brought together food, music and community in one continuous format.

From the River to Cascais

To celebrate the opening of Street Smash Burgers in Cascais, the brand hosted a party aboard a catamaran sailing along the Tagus River. The event brought together friends of the brand, collaborators and guests for an evening that moved from Lisbon towards the coastline, using the journey itself as part of the experience.

Food arrived in an unconventional way. More than 150 smash burgers were transported across the river by jet ski before reaching the catamaran and continuing towards Cascais. Oysters, Mumm Champagne and musiccurated by Brazilian DJ Rodrigo Ribeiro accompanied the crossing, creating a sequence of moments that evolved throughout the route.

The catamaran became a temporary gathering space where food, music and the landscape shared the same setting. Rather than focusing on a destination, the event was built around the experience of moving together, celebrating the arrival of Street Smash Burgers in Cascais from the water.

Milan Fashion Week: GCDS

During Milan Fashion Week, Street Smash Burgers joined forces with GCDS to mark the brand’s 10th anniversary with a collaboration that went far beyond the runway. Built in close partnership with GCDS and their creative team, the project focused on creating a distinctive afterparty environment where fashion, food and culture naturally intersected.

For the occasion, Street developed a dedicated lounge concept, transforming the space into an immersive setting. Custom uniforms, exclusive packaging and strong visual elements were designed to align with GCDS’s identity, while bringing Street’s urban energy into a fashion-driven context.

Throughout the night, Street Smash Burgers operated live on site, integrating food as part of the overall experience. The result was a fluid, high-energy environment where guests moved between music, design and burgers, all within a cohesive narrative.

With a growing presence in Milan and deep ties to the city’s creative scene, this collaboration highlights Street Smash Burgers’ ongoing focus on execution, concept and cultural relevance, continuing to expand its role beyond the traditional restaurant space.

Street takes over

When Street Smash Burgers teamed up with Vogue Portugal and GQ Portugal, the goal was clear: flip the office routine and transform the Lighthouse Publishing offices into a full-on street experience, far removed from any conventional corporate event. From the very beginning, both creative teams worked side by side to design every detail of the night. From the spatial setup and decoration to the cocktail concept and overall atmosphere, the event was built through collaboration, blending editorial sensibility with Street’s raw, urban DNA. On December 18, Lighthouse Publishing opened its doors for another edition of Night at the Office, revealing what happens beyond the pages of its iconic magazines. Taking over the space, Street Smash Burgers turned the office into an energetic, immersive playground where food, music, design and cocktails set the rhythm of the night. With a live on-site operation and a fast, punchy menu, Street delivered far more than catering, it was a true takeover. Friends, collaborators and members of both brands’ creative communities were invited to share the experience, creating a vibrant collision of food, culture and editorial attitude, and bringing raw street energy straight into the heart of Vogue and GQ.

Flagship Activation

When Jameson selected us as the exclusive food partner for one of their flagship events, we faced one of our biggest challenges yet: serving 2,500 smash burgers to 2,500 guests in a single, high-energy rush. To make it happen, we designed a custom setup with five parallel grill stations, each operating like a perfectly synchronized production line. With strict cold chain protocols and on-site systems to maintain quality, every burger stayed fresh, hot, and up to Street standards. It was a true test of scale, speed, and precision, and a perfect showcase of what we do best.

Music Festival

Street participated in the YARD festival to the beats of Keinemusik, serving more than 15,000 guests. Our food truck operated at full capacity, delivering and delighting every visitor in line. For the occasion, we created exclusive packaging inspired by Rampa and &ME, making the experience as visually striking as it was musically immersive. The event was a true test of creativity, responsibility, energy, and passion. A celebration of everything Street stands for.

Forbes Women Summit

At the Forbes Women Summit in Portugal, we brought our signature Smash Burgers to the event, celebrating alongside some of the country’s most influential women, including our co-founder Beatriz Santillana. It was incredible to see guests enjoying our burgers and sharing the experience with so many inspiring and professional women. As a Street-run operation, everything had to be executed flawlessly. Every detail was designed to meet our high standards. Forbes has supported Street Smash since our launch in 2024, and this evening was about more than food it was a tribute to female leadership, community, and the confident, pioneering spirit that defines us.
